Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors will not touch you.
In return, please do not touch our actors.
Are there any age restrictions?
Ghoul Brothers is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may enter with an accompanying guardian. Carrying children through is NOT permitted. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. It is up to a guardian’s discretion to determine if a child is ready for a haunted house. There are emergency exits throughout the attraction in case anyone chooses not to continue.
Can I take pictures?
NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSE. Please be sure to put your phones away securely before you enter the attraction. Phones and other belongings are easily lost and often broken inside haunted house environments, so please secure your belongings! Lost items cannot be searched for until after closing.
Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is accessible to those using wheelchairs or manually-powered mobility aids. A staff member may be provided to help guide patrons using any of these devices.
